The events hall needed both live sound for functions and projected video. A large chandelier and surrounding lighting produced a measured illuminance of 1,150 lux at the screen position, creating a challenging environment for projection contrast. The other areas required equipment suited to the lobby architecture, pool conditions and gym use.

Sepand Residential Complex
AVASH installed audio and audiovisual systems in the lobby and shared areas, pool, events hall and gym at Sepand Residential Complex. Each space required a different approach: discreet transducers in the lobby, equipment suited to the pool environment, and integration strategies matched to events and exercise. Completed in 1394 SH (2015–2016), the project was designed by architect Ali Ghotbi with Sadegh Miri as the client representative, with Teymourian as the project contractor.
The events hall reinforcement installation uses 15-inch Peavey transducers and a 15-inch PreSonus subwoofer, with a reported overall system power of approximately 4,000 W. A Panasonic projector with a stated light output of 6,300 lumens was selected for the brightly lit hall. Compact SHOW ceiling transducers serve the lobby and shared areas, water-resistant Monitor Audio transducers serve the pool, and four portable Behringer transducers equip the gym.

Audio system configuration
Events hall: 15-inch Peavey transducers and a 15-inch PreSonus subwoofer for live sound, with reported overall system power of approximately 4,000 W.
Video projection: a Panasonic projector with a stated light output of 6,300 lumens, selected for the events hall’s high ambient light.
Lobby and shared areas: compact SHOW ceiling transducers for discreet integration into the interior.
Pool: water-resistant Monitor Audio transducers selected for the pool environment.
Gym: four portable Behringer transducers for music playback with output and bass response suited to exercise sessions.
Why these choices mattered
Live sound and projection in one hall
The hall accommodates live sound for functions and projected video. Audio and projection equipment were selected for their respective requirements.
Projection under high ambient light
The measured 1,150 lux at the screen position made projector selection a key design decision. A Panasonic unit with a stated 6,300-lumen output was selected for these conditions.
Discreet transducers in the lobby
Compact SHOW ceiling transducers keep the audio equipment visually unobtrusive within the ceiling and interior design.
Equipment matched to pool and gym use
Water resistance informed the Monitor Audio selection for the pool. In the gym, four portable Behringer transducers provide the output and bass response required for exercise use.
